Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the Rediscovering You client portal at portal.solotravelingceo.com, operated by Sip Taste Wander LLC, a New York limited liability company trading as Solo Traveling CEO ("we", "us").
By logging in you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the portal and tell your coach.
These terms cover the portal only. The coaching relationship itself — what the program includes, fees, scheduling, cancellation and refunds — is governed by the separate coaching agreement you entered into with us. If the two ever conflict on a coaching matter, the coaching agreement governs.
2. Coaching is not therapy or professional advice
This matters more than anything else on this page. Coaching supports you in setting your own goals and making your own decisions. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial or investment advice, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
Nothing in the portal — lessons, prompts, notes, recordings or messages — should be relied on as professional advice of that kind. Decisions you make about your career, your business, your finances, your health or your relationships remain yours.
If you are in crisis or may be at risk of harming yourself, do not use the portal to seek help. Contact your local emergency services, or in the United States call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
We make no promise about particular outcomes. Coaching results depend on your own circumstances, effort and choices.
3. Your account
- Accounts are created by invitation only and are personal to you. Do not share your login with anyone.
- Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and keep it confidential.
- Tell us promptly at portal@solotravelingceo.com if you think someone else has access to your account.
- You are responsible for what happens through your account, unless it results from our own failure.
- After five failed login attempts, sign-in for your email address pauses for fifteen minutes. This protects your account and is not a penalty.
4. What you may and may not do
You may use the portal for your own coaching program. You may not:
- Share, publish, resell or redistribute the program material — lessons, prompts, homework, recordings or documents — with anyone outside your program.
- Attempt to access another client's material, or any part of the portal not meant for you.
- Probe, scan, disrupt or attempt to break the security of the portal.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
- Upload malware, or use the portal to harass anyone.
- Use automated means to scrape or copy the portal wholesale.
5. Who owns what
Our material
The program content — the curriculum, lessons, exercises, prompts, recordings and documents — together with the portal itself, remains our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own program, during your program and afterwards for your own reference. That licence does not include the right to share, teach or resell it.
Your material
What you write stays yours. Your reflections, wins, survey answers, testimonial and uploads belong to you. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the portal: to store your material, display it back to you, and make it available to your coach as part of delivering your program.
Testimonials
If you submit a testimonial, you choose at that moment how it may be used, through the consent options on the form. We will use it only in the ways you selected. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using it going forward, though we cannot always retrieve material already printed or distributed.
6. Recordings
Coaching calls may be recorded so you can return to them, and recordings are uploaded to your week in the portal. Recordings are for your personal use within your program and are covered by section 4.
If you would prefer a call not to be recorded, tell your coach before it starts.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the portal collects and how it is handled. One point deserves repeating here: marking a reflection "Private" hides it from your coach's ordinary view, but it is not encrypted and is not technically inaccessible. Please read section 4 of the Privacy Policy before relying on it.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a problem at one of the providers we depend on. The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. We take care with your material but we are not a backup service.
9. Ending access
You may ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or when the coaching relationship ends under the coaching agreement.
Deletion is permanent. Closing an account removes your login, profile, reflections, wins, survey answers, testimonial and uploaded files outright. There is no archive and it cannot be reversed. Export anything you want to keep first, and ask us if you need help doing that.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the portal.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the portal is limited to the amount you paid us for the coaching program in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email rather than relying on you to notice. Continuing to use the portal after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and we each consent to their jurisdiction.
13. General
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force and that provision is applied as closely as possible to its intent.
- Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the business transfers, on the same terms.
- These terms and the coaching agreement together form the whole agreement between us about the portal.
